Evaluation of Community Reference Laboratories for Animal Health
20/02/2010
The main purpose of the evaluation was to evaluate the functioning and the performance of the Community Reference Laboratories (CRL) in the field of animal health and live animals against the objectives established in the EU legislation and in the CRL working programmes. In this context, the evaluation assessed aspects related to relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, utility and sustainability of each CRL, and of the CRLs structure and interface in the animal health field as a whole. Agra CEAS led the evaluation team for this project, complementing a specific veterinary experts team in place to address the technical components of this research.
